When you join us for your first session, we celebrate your journey by contributing $5 towards our charitable fund which is designed to support nonprofit agencies and making programs available to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. We are transparent with all of our charitable donations and community engagements, please stay tuned here on our Community page and social media to see our ongoing efforts to make lasting positive impact in the lives we encounter.

Community Collaboration
We love big-hearted entrepreneurs doing seriously cool things in our community. Collaboration isn’t just good business; it’s creative rocket fuel — part inspiration, part connection, all good vibes.
We host yoga and recovery wellness workshops locally across the South Shore, MA and the Seacoast area, NH — and we’re always open to taking the show on the road (or plane).

Long answer: natural food markets, yoga studios, hair and body rejuvenation salons, auto repair and tow companies, law enforcement and first responders, schools, wellness centers and retreats, corporate teams, farmers markets, nonprofits, adolescent groups, and substance use treatment and recovery centers. If you serve the community, we want to meet you.
We’ll host a tailored workshop at your space and spotlight your business on our website and social media. And because we believe in putting our money where our mat is, we donate $5 from every booking to a raffle winner in the form of a gift card purchased at your establishment.
